Nuch Tarot & Palm Reading

In a quiet corner of the city, far from the polished storefronts of modern malls, lies Fort Department Store or Edison Mall. Here, Chompunut Rachprasit, also known to her clients as Nuch Tarot, has for years offered insight into the future and the past. Her story did not begin with visions or revelations. It began with instability. A cascade of troubled relationships - each time love faded, along with her sense of home. She would pack her belongings and find herself drifting once again. The pattern repeated, until she began asking herself: Why does my life always circle back to the same point?

A new beginning was needed and she began studying at the historic Wat Pho School of Traditional Medicine and Astrology. She does not claim supernatural gifts. To her, Tarot is not magic - it is a language and a skill that can be learned through patience and serious effort.

She opened a small tarot shop near Khao San Road, aiming mainly at tourists. Her English was limited, so she kept a dictionary beside her cards. She speaks to them constantly and when business slows or when life feels uncertain, she asks for guidance. Once during a particularly quiet period, the cards suggested she visit a temple. Skeptical, she followed the advice and when she returned, she found her shop unexpectedly full of waiting customers. That was when she understood the power of the cards.

She recalls a group of five who once visited her. Four agreed to readings and one declined. Later, they were involved in an accident. The four who had consulted her survived, having taken precautions based on her guidance. The fifth did not. For her Tarot is not about prediction. It is about preparation. Lately, Nuch has also experienced an unusual scent lingering in the air, which to her is often a sign that something is about to happen. The same sensation appeared when her son suffered a terrible accident. She sees these moments as symptoms of energies being out of alignment.

Her workspace reflects her temperament. The Chao Phraya River brings her calmness and the strength to stand against chaos. She is grounded - something her clients appreciate and the reason they continue to find their way to her. Her reading style is precise. She avoids vague questions and instead looks for direct answers. If she sees something negative, she does not announce it immediately. Instead, she keeps drawing cards until she finds a path. Fear without a solution serves no one.

In a world rushing toward certainty, Nuch Tarot sits quietly beside her cards, listening for the rhythm. Waiting, never forcing - trusting that when the moment is right, the door will open.
